Welcome to the Chawton Cricket Club website where you can find information about our location, team and fixtures.

Chawton Cricket Club has an idyllic setting close to the church of St Nicholas, Chawton House and the Greyfriars Pub. We are a small but thriving village cricket club near Alton in North East Hampshire.
 
We run a Saturday and a Sunday side with fixtures every weekend from mid April to early September.  In addition the club takes part in two midweek evening knockout competitions: the Medstead Knockout and the Guy Jewell Trophy.

We play a healthy mix of competitive league cricket with our Saturday side in the Hampshire League Regional Division 1 - North and friendly social games on Sundays. Many Sundays are long-standing fixtures, some with other local villages and others with touring sides from further afield.

New members are always welcome. If you would be interested in playing for Chawton CC please contact either the Saturday or Sunday Captains.
